motor mount picture

Can't help with templates - email me and I'll send you pics too. The tranny mount is nothing more than a rectangular piece of mild steel with 4 holes in it. Get your motor mounts done/located, position the engine and you'll see how to make the tranny mount. 2 holes bolt into the tranny crossmember, and the other two accept the tranny mount.

If you're going with a single driveshaft, don't forget to use an angle finder and washers on the motor/tranny mounts to get the driveline angles correct. Mine took about twice as many washers on the tranny mount as it did the motor mounts -- result was less than 1 degree difference between tranny/shaft/rear end. If you buy IPD's adjustable rear torque arms you can slightly adjust the pinion angle.
