I have a 302 efi in a 245. My battery is in the stock location in the engine compartment.
I recently pulled a trunk battery mount from a BMW 3 series and plan to install it for weight distribution. The passenger spare well is a perfect fit for the BMW tray. I need to figure a longer positive cable but the BMW setup is very stock loking just sitting in there.
