What helps pass emmissions?

87 octane fuel

Be sure the timing is set to stock 10 BTDC with spout out

Be sure it's good and warm for the test (don't let it sit a long time before they hook the sniffer up

Don't know what the additives are

You can always move someplace where testing is a non-issue....
