What should a used headliner in good shape cost?

I looked at the IPD replacement and it was only the padding material and spray on adhesive. I am looking for the foundation too, which is basically a heavy cardboard type material to which the padding is stuck onto. That is why I think the price is higher. I hope I am wrong but....
