That's true.
My main concern now is my clutch cable setup. The Converse kit supplied cable only lasted about 3 months before snapping, and had to be modified to fit anyway. Since then I've just been using the stock Volvo cable with only the tension of the cable holding against the "ear" of the transmission. This is far from ideal, but I can't afford a hydraulic setup, and to be honest, I'd like a little break from repairs.
I would just like to hand the car over to Boyd or Chip or Barry White(not the singer)at this point....but.
Can anyone chime in to let me know what cable setup I could use for the 700 series?
