Alternator Warning light

Tee in an oil pressure idiot light switch into the power steering hose, and hook that up to the alt light.

There are probably easier solutions, but this one comes to mind.

Or make a voltage sensor, so when voltage drops below 13v or so (make it adjustable) then the alt light turns on. Actually, that would be pretty easy, with a comparator chip, output transistor, and a potentiometer.
