1982 volvo 242 5.0L swap - I've had probably 6 sets of headers on and off trying to find one that fits great, and I finally did. Headman's 5.0L Ranger swap headers fit PERFECT. They are only 159 bucks brand new from summit - search HED-89500. They clear the steering by at least 3/4 of an inch and exit in the perfect locaton. Quality is good, and they are 1.5" Primaries as well!
