Rear Diff

I have finally gotten the car back on the road. I looked into several options including contacting Dana directly, a local shop rebuild and the internet links suggested by you guys. A search on www.car-part.com led me to a yard a couple of states away that had two 7XX rear axle assemblies, one from an '85 and one from an '87. I ended up buying them both. Unfortunately the trailing arms were sawzalled and the backing plates took a beating. We dug up a pair of trailing arms, replaced bushings and axle bearings and wrassled that sucker into place. I now have a spare, so if anyone needs a 3.73 non LSD rear end contact me. Also of note, the trailing arms were listed as L & R, but they are interchangeable.

Thanks for all the suggestions,

Andy Schor
