Any v8 swaps in the bay area?

My car is a 1986 740 wagon, former diesel (no Calif smog inspections...ever!!!) It has a box-stock 1989 Mustang 5.0L engine with T-5 transmission, and IPD swaybars and bushings. The conversion is based on a Converse kit, but with certain improvements (like hooking up all the signals to the computer, so that there are no error codes, and having a hose shop custom make the A/C lines, rather than using compression fittings.)
