My brother just bought the 940 Turbo that TnFarm recently swapped the Mercury Mountaineer 5.0L/AODE into. That's one nice car. With a different cold air intake, and opening up the exhaust side that motor is nice and torquey. Doesn't care if you're hitting it hard or just cruising. I got 25.5 mpg on the trip from Knoxville down to Augusta, GA delivering the car to my brother. And everything works just like factory - exception - cruise control. But we're gonna wire in an aftermarket unit to the Volvo control stalk. It's quick, reliable, economical and very luxurious. Kind of want one myself.....
