When you replaced the rotors, did you remove all of the rust on the hub? Were the slide pins completely clean and slathered with brake grease? Did you torque the lug nuts to 82 lbs, in a star pattern?

If you did the above, rotate the tires from the front to the rear and see if that makes a difference.
