My '97 850 only had four lugs on the right front wheel when I got it, and the fifth hole's threads are totally ruined. I've been running four lugs there for 1.5 years now and never had a problem. I don't race the car, but as long as you tighten the other four to the proper torque, you should encounter no problems.

If you want to replace the whole thing, you need a new hub. the rotor has nothing to do with it, unfortunately.
