1999 V70 XC

Don't you just LOVE dealers? The ETM can be fixed for $500, see www.xemodex.com

Dealers do NOT fix trannies, they only R&R refurbished ones and back it for 1 year. Junk yards also back them for a year!!! They just don't R&R.

As for the TCM-00013, I think that relates to a malfunctioning solenoid. Solenoids can be cleaned or replaced. You should also look for a loose wiring plug at the tranny or TCM for a simple fix.
