Always use OEM pads for the rear, regardless of who made the rotor. The shoes from FCP are a little thicker than OEM and do not seat properly, but just drag the shoes for 500 feet or so and re-adjust them and they will be fine. Always get new springs when replacing shoes.
Front pads:
OEM are soft and generate a lot of dust. PBR metal master are harder, almost dust free, and some say they don't work as well in the wet. Ceramic pads are too hard for me, requiring more pedal pressure. Ceramics work best for those hard on the brakes a lot.
Front pads are like tires, it depends on driving technique. So what fits some will not work for others.
