09 S60 2.5T Ck Eng light on but scanner shows no codes stored S60 2009

For Those out there with 2010 up s 60 we have found 3 vehicles now, with complaints of Starter Motor problems, the Starters were Ok the positive wire/cable from underhood (battery) to the starter hot post had volt drops over 2 volts. after replacing the + cable the readings were .3 or less.
