1995 850 turbo problems 850

Have been offered a 1995 850 turbo with 115K on odometer
Body and interior in excellent condition.
Car runs well, engine very quite, timing belt changed at 96K
There is a small slow consistent oil drip under the sump pan - I don't know where it originates?
Rear brakes squeal
What problems can I anticipate down the road?
Is it worth 4K?
