1998 S70 T5 Timing Belt Question

I have about 152k miles on the vehicle and I will be putting its 3rd timing belt in soon. Do I need to replace the timing belt tensioner (Mine is the automatic type). I assume I will need to replace the two pulleys also.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
