(This is strictly a informational question, please save the
flames/ethical/moral stuff for another time)
Tuesday night I was involved in a high-speed, near fatal crash. I
rolled my car ('96 Volvo 850 T5) twice and hit a pole. I hit the
roadbank at ~60mph and started into the rolls before snapping a
telephone pole in half.
The car was absolutely destroyed (obviously), but somehow I'm alive.
The state troopers, EMTs, rescue crew, etc. were completely amazed I
lived (I guess they always say that though).
Not a single air-bag deployed.
When I bought the car used (all of 2 months ago), I was told it had an
IPD motortronic computer upgrade. Is this why the air-bags didn't
deploy?
