what shocks recommended for 95 850 T5R? 850 1995

my 95 t5r wagon is in need of new struts and shocks. it's got 73K on it right now and feels a bit loose all over...

what do you guys recommend? i don't mind spending the money if it's the right choice.

also the transmission feels clunky. shifts are fine but just feels loose here too. any ideas?
