clutch not smooth sometimes V70-XC70 1998

Hello fellow Bricksters. I noticed recently, occasionally, that the travel of my clutch pedal seems to slightly stick towards the end of my release. When I pump the clutch (in N) several times, it seems to temporarily eliminate the problem.

Is there something I can lube? If feels like something's sticking slightly. Doesn't feel like it's inside the tranny, but rather somewhere in the linkage perhaps?

Anyone ever heard of this? Any suggestions?
