Gasoline odor 850

Recently had the in-tank fuel pump and relay replaced in my 850 wagon. Now I'm getting a pretty strong gasoline odor from time to time. Bad seal?
I never over-fill the tank when putting in gas ( once the pump clicks I'm done ).

Any ideas?
