HELP! Rotor Problem! S70 1999

I had wheel locks installed on my S70 GLT. The idiots at the tire store put 12x1.5 size bolts when the car called for 12x1.75. Now, I've got 4 stripped rotor bolt holes - 1 on each rotor. What can I do? Is replacing the rotors my only option?
