Hubs S70 1999

Those holes are in the hubs, not the rotors. It's possible that if the right tap is run through those holes, you might be OK. Talk to the manager of the place where the damage was done and see if they'll pay for repairs, then take the car to a dealer and get their opinion as to whether it can be re-tapped or need new hubs (wouldn't be cheap if so).
