Low beam improvement? 850 1995

Hello everyone,

Well I've been a Volvo commuter for one week and I REALLY like this car! Last night however I had my first experience driving in rain and it was a white knuckle experience. I don't know what lamps are in the car but I'm going to find out Saturday while I'm changing oil.

My low beams are very dim and easily outdriven at 70mph In the rain they provide next to no illumination. The high beams are the best I've ever experienced, bright white light, but I couldn't use them due to oncoming traffic.

Any suggestions?
