How can I find Volvo Factory Rep?

I really need totalk to a factory rep. I have tried everyone else, but maybe one of the reps can help me. I have communicated with customer relations, the president of Volvo NA and the CEO of Ford, Bill Ford. The only one left is a factory rep. How can I find one?
