The only way that I know of is to have a dealer service manager or general manager ("the big guy") set up an appointment for you. Maybe it's possible through Volvos customer service # but I'm not sure.
Volvo factory reps visit dealerships about once a month and on very rare occasions will get involved with a customer who feels that their warranty related problems aren't being properly addressed.
After reading your last post, what you have against you is that 1) the car's out of factory warranty by a considerable amount of miles and 2) the last repairs were done by someone other than a Volvo dealer.
Like someone mentioned, try to be as nice as possible because they may not want to get involved at all due to the two points mentioned above and the rep will hear the dealers story long before you talk to him, no doubt.
