How can I find Volvo Factory Rep?

Shouldn't be too hard, but maybe it is. I'd start at the dealer. Reps used to come around every once in a while, so you may be able to arrange to see one the next time (he) comes. I got to talk to a rep once, but the problem was non-confrontational and curious, rather than a bitter feud. Good luck.
