How do I replace the backlighting bulbs for the climate control (heat) panel? 850

Hello,

I have a 95 854T. Recently I noticed one of the two backlights behind my head/AC panel was not longer illuminating. It's not really a problem, since I can see the numbers at night becasue the panel light on the left side works (right side is out), but it irritates me a bit. Does anybody know how to replace one of these bulbs? I looked, but I didn't see any obvious way into the panel, and thought I'd ask for suggestions before I tore the thing up. Being a 95 I have the later style of AC controls, although I doubt that makes a difference. Oh, also...if this isn't too difficult to replace, does anybody know the bulb #?
