How do I replace the backlighting bulbs for the climate control (heat) panel? 850

Just got this from the Volvospeed Forum:

"On your car you can put the knobs back on, that won't help you get it out. Take out the radio and put your hand in there and up behind the A/C control panel and then push it out from the back, it's just wedged in. If you have the ECC (electroninc Climate Control) If you have the MCC (Manual) then leave the two outer knobs off and take out the two phillips screws, then reach in from behind and push out the front panel, there will be a panel (back panel) that will remain, it's white, and has all the cables attached to it that go to the climate control box. Once the front black face has been pushed out then there are two phillips screws holding in the back panel."

I wanted to replace a bulb in the heater/AC unit. Pulled all the knobs off Sunday and sat there for 20 minutes looking at the face plate screws that weren't there (wondered for 5, cried for 5, laughed for 5 and shook my head and put the knobs back on for 5).
