Vibration when stopped and in Gear V70-XC70

Guys,

I am getting a vibration/rattle when I am at a stop light. When the car is in neutral or park then no vibration when idling. Is is coming from the driver side rear and I can change the sound of ther vibration when I put some force against the exhaust. Anyone have this problem and fix it. Also I still have been unable to get a confirmed answer whether or not the check engine light can be cleared by disconnecting the battery.
