ddnt find the obd2 port 850 1995

volvo 850 GLE 1995
well i removed the coin holder plASTIC (WHERE the cigar lghter is), and ddnt find any obd2 port i found 2 other connecters but they are connected to something. and i want to know what obd2 protocol volvo uses? i mean is it ISO9141 (K-Line), ISO14230 , SAE-J1850 VPW and SAE-J1850 PWM, coz i want to know what circuit to build.

did i look in the wrong place?

and olso would a 205/50-16 rub my 850 , i have 195/60-15 steel wheels and i want to change them.
