I had a question about fuel enconomy on my 95 turbo

The computer says 11.9 Litres/100km. I've only seen mph on the website so far and I cant change the computer to mph since I live in canada.

So basically I was wondering if this is the normal mileage i should be getting.
I've been basically getting between 400km to 550km a tank. 400km usually in alot of traffic and using the turbo alot. 550 highway.. not much of the turbo 120 to 160km/hr
Also I've been using 87 octane gas. I've tried super 92 octane and didnt notice a difference whatso ever (besides price). Even in boost.
