removing door panels S70

question: How do you get the door panels off without destroying anything.

reason: Passenger side back seat window is inoperative..
second reason: Door locks will lock with the remote but wont
unlock.
I am hoping that there is a visable reason for either or both of these
problems.. maybe just need to be lubed? I dont get why the locks would lock
but not unlock... same reciever/relay ckt is used.. right?

Any suggestions/ideas would be helpfull! (short of sticking a rag in the
gas filler hole and lighting it)
