ABS/STC module S80

Someone posted a message stating that they had opened the /STC module with a Dremel tool. Can anyone please provide dedtailed instructions on how to open the module to inspect for the solder problem? I have one in my car and one in my hand. I purchased a used one from a parts dealer and it resolved my problem for a while, but the light has now returned.
