air conditioning relay not picking up S70 1998

I have replaced the low and high pressur sensors. No Leak, right amount of coolant,1.63 lbs, but air conditioning relay not picking up ( no voltage to the relay coil.

I have manual climate control head. Are there any more sensors that prevent the relay to pick up? where can I find them? How can I tell if the control head is bad? Thanks for your help in advance.
