air conditioning relay not picking up S70 1998

I finally got my AC working. Here are what I did:

1) Replace ECM : did not work.
2) Clean contacts of the original ECM and of its socket with electrical contact cleaner. Let it dry over night and Plug the ECM back in.
3) Use a wire loom to redress the wiring of Hi & Low sensors so that no stress between the connector and the wires.

Believe or not, AC works like a charm. Even I did not believe it at first.
I suspect that poor electircal connection between the sensors to ECM is the problem, especially the hi-sensor. ECM use low voltage (5 volts) through the Hi-sensor and back to ECM to monitor the pressure level is more than likely causing this problem.
