850 won't start 850 1997

My 850 GLT had a problem all of a sudden with not starting. Turned the key and the idiot lights would barely light up. No click with starter. Messed around with the ignition switch turing it on and off...then after several minutes it cleared up and started. Next night it did it again. This time the 4 way flasher was blinking and would not go off, regardless with trying the flasher switch. I disconnected the battery and tried again. Flahers still going, idiot lights went on but no click on starter. The ABS light comes on and off while driving...has done that for a while....Any clues would help.
