Panel Lights - Bulb Failure or Fuse ? S70

Hi,
The three switches to the right of my steering column for the Sunroof, Defroster and TRACS do not light up when the headlights are turned on - while the ones left of the steering wheel for the Dimmer and the rear fog lamp light up fine.

I checked the fuses and there seems to be only one fuse for all panel lights. Is there individual bulbs on each of those switches ? If someone else has seen this kind of behavior and would like to share a fix ...

Also, is there a source for electrical schematics for a 98 s70 ?
