He is talking about the toggle switches, not the instrument panel. Switches just pop out including 1993 models. The sad news for '93 and '94 models is that the bulbs are not replaceable and the entire switch has to be replaced! I replaced ALL my toggle switches with a later model type in my '94 when first purchased.
