microswitch recall 850 1994

I recently had my car, a '94 volvo 850, roll backwards while in park and with the emergency brake engaged. Is this a result of the microswith that was recalled? I'm not getting any help from the dealer and no one seems to know the cause. Any advice would be very appreciated.
