I am in need of advice and possibly parts. I recently aquired a turbo 850 wagon with a bit of wear on it. I am in the process of getting it inspected in Maryland so that I can get plates for it. The car passed all of the tests with the exception of the foglamps. Seems they are not functioning. I have checked the bulbs and the fuse. The bulbs do not appear to have any break in the filament and the fuse isn't blown either. I have yet to check the switch. Being new to these vehicles am unsure about how to take it out of the dash and need some advise as to how to do this. I have been trying to educate myself by way of Brickboard, Volvospeed and any additional resources I can find. Any suggestions you can make in the way of troubleshooting and narrowing down where I should look would immensely appreciated.
