Yet another A/C question 850 1996

Tis the season. My AC isn't pumping out cold air at all. The evaporator was replaced years back - bought this car used from the original owner with all records, and they did an excellent job maintaining it- and I've checked the low pressure port. It is reading normal. Cut the AC on full blast, closed all vents but 1 and took it's temp.: 77 degrees. It cycles every few seconds, if that helps.

Any ideas where I should go from here?
