Intermittant start problems, frustrating 850 1995

I am so glad i found this forum! Recently when I try to start the car, all the lights etc. come on as normal, but no crank at all. Eventually the car does start, but the car and gauges will buck and jump intermittantly and the locks will automatically lock while driving, it feels as if someone has "unplugs" the car momentarily. I will also have to reset the radio code. Thanks in advance for your help.
