ok.. I just looked through your list and for a 150k car that hadnt had much doen to it by the PO i would say the list looks about right, i think you just caught the stuff that someone hadnt done and should have...

the tyre stuff is jsut somone not doing it right in the first place, in fact doign it far far wrong, although a bad ptohole will take tracking out....

they DO ride hard far harder than even a 940t...you may just be over sensitive to the ride, does it pull at all under HARD braking???

what I would do is see if you can find someone else with the same model (or one in a dealers) and beg, borrow or whatever (test) a drive..see if it feels markedly different to yours, if it does you probably have a issue, if not its just the way they are...one question though, what presure do you run your tyres at, a lot of what your describing could be down to wrong presures i have foudn 1 lb on the fronts makes a hell of a lot of difference....

the brake costs are just the price you pay for truely AWSOME brakes...(if they arnt they really should be!)
