will not start, Please help 850

The "little white" should be no issue...it's typical of a car that is not driven very far or fast for a period of time....some condensation. If you get it started and on the highway, take it up to a good speed for several miles and let the engine get hot to get rid of your condensation. As far as the issue you're having is concerned, there are so many possibilities that you should search here for similar issues. Are you getting spark to the plugs?
