Sounds like you are in need of a new soleniod for the torque converter lockup. This is not the end of your automatic tranny, which sounds like it is in good shape otherwise.
The light bulb for PRND has burned out and needs replacing. You will have to remove the center console to reach the bulb. Also a good time to clean the plugs under the console to wash out the coffee and cola and retrieve a few lost coins!
