Idle control valve and front motor mount? 850

A rough idle is usually associated with a leaky vacuum line. Most diffficult to find, given there are so many of them. Also may be caused by a leaky injector seal or intake manifold gasket - try a spray bottle with water and see if the idle changes while spraying.
Also, if the plug wires are not new, take the cover plate off and wiggle the wires, one by one, and see if any are grounding on the wall of the engine.
