Starting trouble 850 1997

Bon Jour,
You might want to inspect the electrical portion of the ignition switch, which is behind the key and on the left side of the steering column.
I order to get the best voltage at starting time, first turn the headlights off, the heater fan to 0 (zero), and the radio.
If there is no contact with the starter at all, suspect the switch first and the battery connection second. Find a trickle charger and plug your battery in for 1 or 2 days. Any mistake on jumping the battery will fry the computers faster than you can say oops.

Bien,

Klaus
