The above is for a V/S70 but pretty close. Same 2 screws. The 850 has additional screws under the "coin" tray and above the cigarette lighter. Just lift up on the console to expose the light, pull it out and replace with new. Dealer wants $10 for the bulb!! If your ashtray light is still working, it is the same bulb.

These bulbs that burn out are caused by lazy people who leave their headlights switched on all of the time, and have the brightness control on MAX for the dash lights. Or, 13 years of driving?
