Fault Code & Ohms: Diagnose my Throttle Position Sensor / Switch 850 1995

Thanks again for the reference values. Here are the resistance values from my Throttle Position Sensor (Part # 0280122001 or 1336385):
1278 ohms
4000 ohms
What do you think? Are those far enough off to indicate problem?

> When performing OBD, Diagnostic Test Mode No. 2 (Function Testing), I get no Acknowledgment Code (should be 3-3-2) when throttle leaves idling position.
> When throttle leaves full-load position, I get not the expected 3-3-3, but rather the 3-3-2 that should indicate idle position.

> I get fault code 1-1-3 "HO2S Integrator Max Enrichment Limit" (Short term fuel trim lean) after idling 3-4 minutes; no fault code if I just drive.

>>Throttle position switch toast? Any other cause for those symptoms?
